Manage day-to-day office functions, including administrative tasks and email correspondence.
Monitor, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational performance meets or exceeds company standards. This includes identifying trends, addressing performance gaps, implementing corrective actions, and holding teams accountable for meeting targets.
Provide operational support to team members both in the office and in the field, consistent with your leadership role.
Uphold and demonstrate excellent customer service standards while following established company procedures and best practices.
Complete all required reports accurately, thoroughly, and within established deadlines.
Train new hires and support ongoing cross-training efforts to meet evolving operational demands.
Support additional locations as needed based on business volume, staffing needs, and operational priorities.
Participate in process improvements, operational initiatives, and any tasks that contribute to the overall success of the operation.
Execute any duties reasonably related to the Operations Supervisor role, as assigned.
Maintain full schedule flexibility; work hours may vary and include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or additional hours as needed.
